Custom orders are exactly that, it is a custom item that we offer you can request a design you have seen either on our site in the past or anywhere else as long as it falls into a category of items we offer ie epoxy tumbers, sublimation tshirts etc, it will be excepted. CUSTOM ORDERS WILL ONLY BE OPENDED FROM THE 1st-10th of each month, however they may close earlier in the instance that a large amount of customs comes in and I make the decision to cut them off to ensure I can complete them in time so please if you know you have an event coming up that you want a custom item for order at least the month prior. Our customs are typically 4-6 week turn around times, however if you need for an event or special ocation within that time please let us know at the time of order so we can finish it in time. RUSH ORDERS may be available for a $15+ fee but will need to be approved and discussed PRIOR to placing the order.

Bowdega Boutique started in December of 2014, at a 4x4' card table with a glue gun, some ribbon and a sewing machine. After about a year in business of selling bows and baby supplies we added more sewn items as well as embroidery; this launched Bowdega Boutique into a whole new world, shortly after we got our first cutting machine which gave us a new rush of business again. Over the years we have added more items and taken some away, while I do love to sew this is not something we offer all the time anymore. Currently our biggest selling items are our epoxy and sublimation products, from tumblers to clothes & more. We will always make bows. Currently the "we" behind Bowdega Boutique is really just one, me, Jenna, I do it all from our social media pages, to creating products, to marketing, inventory, supply ordering and more. I have learned ALOT over the years and that's why I have timed our product turn around times accordingly. Please be sure to read the description of each collection and what their turn around times are. We have learned overtime from our mistakes and come up with a way to avoid issue with getting behind and set up these times to ensure that doesnt happen. When you complete your purchase you are confirming you have read the information on the items and agreee to any potential turn around times that are estimated in the product collections description. Times may vary and can often be earlier than expected estinated time however this will depend on the current open orders and vary from each item as they all take different times to complete. Should you order an item and have a special event it is intened for that falls WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TURN AROUND TIME if you let us know at the time of the order we will make evey effort to ensure its completed in time and if there will be no way to make this work we will let you know, but again we will strive to reach the date as long as we are notified AT THE TIME OF ORDER. You can either leave a note when ordering or send us an email after your order is compbleted with your order nujmber and the dates of events.
